Supplementary insurance
We have contracts with all health insurers. Regular physical therapy and manual therapy are usually covered by your supplemental insurance.
Check your policy carefully to see how many treatments you are entitled to reimbursement for.
Have you already been treated at another practice? Please mention this during the intake.
E-health consultations are considered regular appointments and are reimbursed by your insurer.
Intake + Initial treatment = Two consultations
Voor je eerste afspraak plannen we extra tijd in (40–50 minuten). We combineren dan de intake met een eerste behandeling.
This counts as two consultations.

Reimbursement for chronic conditions
In the case of a chronic condition, physical therapy is covered by basic insurance from the 21st treatment onwards, but only with a referral from a doctor.
First 20 treatments: covered by supplementary insurance or at your own expense
From the 21st treatment onwards: reimbursed through basic insurance
Treatments covered by basic insurance are subject to your deductible.

We are happy to assist you and will try to explain everything as clearly as possible. However, please note that you remain responsible for checking whether—and how—you are insured for physical therapy. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us, and we will explore the options together.
Reimbursement for hip and knee osteoarthritis
For osteoarthritis of the hip or knee, basic insurance covers a maximum of 12 treatments per year.
Additional treatments? Then supplementary insurance is required.
Eigen risico is van toepassing (behalve bij Salland Zorgverzekeringen)
Artrose in andere gewrichten: alleen vergoed vanuit een aanvullende verzekering
Geen aanvullende verzekering?
Dan ontvang je een particuliere nota. Deze wordt verzorgd via Infomedics
De factuur wordt aan het eind van de maand per e-mail verstuurd
Je kunt de rekening direct online bekijken en betalen
Geen mail ontvangen? Dan volgt de nota per post met 30 dagen betaaltermijn
Geef wijzigingen in je adresgegevens zo snel mogelijk aan ons door
Niet nagekomen afspraak
Afspraken die korter dan 24 uur van tevoren worden geannuleerd, worden volledig in rekening gebracht. Afzeggen kan via:
