Practical information about sports physiotherapy at The Physio Friends

A sports physiotherapy treatment lasts approximately 30 minutes. The duration of your treatment depends on your injury and sport. A minor ankle sprain can often be resolved within 4-6 weeks, while cruciate ligament rehabilitation can take months. We will draw up a clear plan together. Sports physiotherapy is usually covered by your supplementary insurance. Check your policy for the exact coverage. A referral from your GP is not necessary; you can make an appointment directly.
